DocBridge is document intake for law firms. A fax arrives, and the system reads it: the sender, the client, the dates, the kind of document it is. It matches the page to the case it belongs to, files it in your case management system under your own naming convention, and notifies the responsible attorney. Nothing waits in a tray.
It says when it is not sure. A match below your firm’s confidence threshold is held for a person to confirm, with the system’s reasoning shown beside the page. The exception path is narrow, visible and safe.
DocBridge began inside a plaintiff-side personal injury practice, built by people who had watched documents sit. It works with the fax service and case management system a firm already has. Your case management system stays the permanent record; DocBridge holds a document only long enough to route it.
